Jake W. Lester of Colby College Named to Highly Selective Dean's List

Jake W. Lester of Medfield, Mass., was recently named to the highly selective Dean's List at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2017-18 academic year. Lester is one of 469 Colby students -- or 24 percent of the qualified student body -- to qualify for the Dean's List last semester.

Lester, a member of the Class of 2018, attended Medfield High School and is the son of George Lester and Blanche Teyssier of Medfield, Mass. Lester earned a semester grade point average of 3.77 or higher last fall to be included on Colby's highly selective Dean's List. He majored in psychology.
